What we collect
Your name, company, business email, optional country and WhatsApp/phone number, your message, the catalogue references and quantities you select, your selected website language and the time of submission.
How we use it
Only to answer your inquiry and follow up on the business request you made. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
Inquiries are stored with a third-party content management service, delivered by email through a third-party email service and protected by a third-party anti-spam check. These providers may process data outside your country, including outside mainland China.
Retention
Inquiries are stored in our content management system and sent to our sales team by email. Only authorised SURPASS staff can see them; they are not visible on the website. We keep them only as long as needed for the business relationship and applicable record-keeping duties, and delete them on request.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent by replying to our email.
